| 摘 要： | 知识经济呼唤创新人才的培养 ,其必将推动学校的教育教学改革 ,同时要求为其直接服务的教学管理工作随之变革与创新。但现有的教学管理制度、方法、思想等在一定程度上制约了创新人才培养 ,与时代的发展不相适应 ,深入教学管理改革势在必行。 |
