| 摘 要： | 现阶段,我国新闻媒体对司法审判的监督得到了进一步的加强,但我国相关体制和文化传统方面存在的一些障碍性因素,给媒体监督司法的实践带来了一系列的矛盾和负面影响,主要有:新闻媒体的官方化,法官不能做到"只服从法律"以及民众对媒体的盲信和重实体轻程序的法律文化。

| Abstract: | Nowadays,our country has strengthened the media supervision toward judiciary judgement,but obstacle factors in the related system and traditional culture bring about much of antinomy and negative influence in the practice of media supervising judiciary judgement,which mainly involve media officialization,judges' failure to obey law only, and the credulity of the public to the media as well as the legal culture of regarding entity as superior to procedure. |
