| 摘 要： | 介绍了干法窑的生产工艺。讨论了热工系统稳定的控制问题。提出了一种用解耦方法处理正常工况下主要参数之间的关系，以及用专家系统处理非正常工况的问题及其他干扰问题的控制策略。通过计算机仿真和现场应用试验，表明本设计方案是可行的。

| Abstract: | The criteria of the optimal sampling frequency is deduced by optimally indentfing the modal parameters according to the nature of the forcing fuction,and the related principles and formulae are given.The computation example shows that the optimal sampling frequency is independent of the system response,and solely depend on the nature of the excitation. |
