社会管理创新背景下流动人口的社区化管理研究——以福建省晋江市为例

在社会管理创新背景下探索流动人口社区化管理,对于流动人口的科学管理具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。流动人口社区化管理,要将流动人口纳入社区日常服务和管理范围,做到与本社区居民同对待、同服务、同管理。近年来,晋江市在流动人口社区化管理方面进行了积极的探索,取得了一定的成效。但是,与社会经济的发展和人民群众的期望相比,仍存在着一些问题和不足。因此,进一步深化社区管理体制改革,完善流动人口服务管理,构建流动人口社区化管理的保障体系,就成为城市流动人口管理的重中之重。

Research on Community Management of Floating Population under the Background of Social Management Innovation： A Case Study of Jinjiang

It is theoretically and practically important to explore the ＇community manage- ment of floating population under the background of social management innovation. It is neces- sary to incorporate the management of floating population into the community. In recent years, Jinjiang has carried out positive exploration in the community management of floating popula- tion, and achieved certain results. However, compared to the development of social economy and the people＇s expectations, there are still some problems and deficiencies. Therefore, further deepening the reform of community management system, improve the service and management of floating population, community building and management of the floating population＇s security system, has become the priorities in the management of floating population.
