杭州流动人口城市融入调查报告

以杭州为例,通过调查问卷获得相关指标的量化信息,在此基础上评估流动人口的城市融入意愿和被接纳意愿,评估流动人口城市融入程度和被接纳程度,发现流动人口城市融入是可能的并具有现实基础,对此,应优化制度安排,普及公共服务;鼓励社区参与,强化社区服务;营造社会氛围,强化社会包容性;引导流动人口提升自身综合素质。

Discussion about Migrant Workers＇ Integration into City： An Investigation Report from Hangzhou

From the perspective of interactions between urban residents and migrant work- ers, this paper defines the conception of migrant workers＇ integration into city and introduces an index system to estimate it. By questionnaire survey in Hangzhou, this paper gathers quantitative information, assesses migrant workers＇ intention and level of integration, appraises city resi- dents＇ intention and level of acceptance, and draws a conclusion that there is a realistic base for migrant workers＇ urban integration. It also analyzes related problems and provides policy adviees from the aspects government, community, society and migrant workers.
