| Abstract: | College administrative management is an important part of college daily work.It must follow the high-efficiency principle.This article mainly analyzes the efficiency status of present college administrative management and states the necessity of adopting the high-efficiency principle.It also puts forward some methods to improve the benefit and efficiency by controlling the organization efficiency and benefit of college administrative management. |
