| 摘 要： | 研究在开放经济条件下的人力资源的开发和培养显得十分重要。一支知识结构、职称结构、年龄结构合理、具有相当的学术水平的教师队伍是培养高素质金融人才目标的重要基础。我国计划经济体制下的金融学科教育面临着严峻的挑战,已不能为现代金融业的发展提供适当的人才。

| Abstract: | Research into human resources development and cultivation under open economic condition is very important.A high level teacher team with proper knowledge structure,title structure,reasonable age structure and proper academic structure are the important basis for cultivating high-quality financial talents.The education of science of finance under planning economy system faces serious challenge and can not cultivate qualified talents for the development of modern financial industry. |
