| 摘 要： | 新农村建设需要加强现代农业在农村地区的发展,而新型农业的发展需要新型农民作为＂人＂的基础,充分发挥新型农民在农村、农业发展中的作用。新型农民的培养应重视农村教育,促使农村劳动力资源尽快地转化为人力资源,不断深入实施科教兴农和人才强农的战略。

| Abstract: | New rural development should reinforce modern agricultural development in the rural areas, and give newtype peasants a full play in rural development. Cultivation of new-type peasants can be achieved by emphasizing rural education, and these new--type peasants can become human resource and talents for the prosperity of the rural areas. |
