| 摘 要： | 中国社会转型期群际交换的不平衡日益加剧，已成为社会利益分化、利益格局失衡的作用机制和影响因素之一。基于对当代中国群际交换不平衡的现状及特点的分析，提出以弱势群体的组织化为依托，通过资源的合理配置、社会制约和监督机制的完善，构建群际交换的平衡运作机制，以促进利益格局的平衡，建设和谐社会。

| Abstract: | This article has analyzed the situation and the characteristic of the Inter-group exchange of contemporary China,pro-posed that it can be changed into the backing by minority groups' organization,through resources reasonable disposition,social restrict-ion and supervising mechanism consummation ,construction the balanced operation mechanism of the group border exchange,promo-tes pattern of the benefit balanced and the construction harmonious society. |
