浅谈审判委员会制度改革

审判委员会制度是我国独具特色的一项司法审判制度,审判委员会是我国特有的审判组织形式,随着司法改革的不断深入,人民法治意识的不断提高,审判委员会的弊端日益显现。文章试图在对审判委员会制度的历史渊源、组织性质、存在价值及其主要缺陷进行研究的基础上,提出改革设想,使这一具有中国特色的司法制度更趋合理。

On the Reform of the System of Trial Committee

The system of trial committee is a distinctive system of justice in our country.It's also a particular form of Trial organization.With the constant development of juridical reform and the improvement of public awareness of the legal system,the defects of this system showed day by day.So,it's necessary to reform and improve this system,in order to further reform the judicature and realize juridical justice.Based on the discussion about historical origins,organizational characters,existent values and major disadvantages of the system of trial committee,this article raise some ideas and advices of further reformation to make the system with Chinese characteristic more rational.
