论当代大学生就业观之建构

面对大学生就业难的问题,高校教育工作者要切实做好大学生就业的指导工作和思想教育工作。帮助大学生建构科学理性的就业观,对大学生顺利走进职业生活乃至成就人生价值具有重要的意义。教育工作者要紧密结合当前的就业形势和大学生的就业需求,着力引导大学生把就业主观意向与社会客观需求结合起来,从就业目标、就业价值及就业实践等层面来建构起科学理性的就业观:在就业目标层面上,坚持理想主义与现实主义相结合;在就业价值层面上,坚持自我价值与社会价值相结合;在就业实践层面上,坚持理性择业与自主创业相结合。

On the Construction of College Student Employment Outlook

Faced with the difficulty of employment of college students at present,it is important to help college students construct scientific and rational outlook of the employment in view of the student’s successful access to the professional life and realization of the life value.So,the staff and faculty of higher education have to try their best to work and be more immersed of tackling the task by closely combining the current employment situation with the aspirations of college students,and guiding the subjective intentions of the college students with the objective needs of the community to build up scientific and rational outlook of the employment.Students should understand the relation between their dream and social requirement.Then,they could work for others or make their own business.
