| 摘 要： | 英国的法律教育注重实践及培养职业性的法律从业人员,是传统法律教育模式的典型代表。具体到教学方法上,即形成了独特的导师制和判例教学法。其中不乏值得我们借鉴的法学教育方法,本文仅通过对英国法学教育的理解认识,来探讨英国法学教育对我国的借鉴作用。

| Abstract: | The Legal education in Britain which pays attention to practice and training of legal professional people is the typical representative of the traditional legal education.As to the teaching methods,the system of tutor and case teaching methods have already formed and some of the teaching methods deserve studying.In this paper,the legal education in Britain is studied in detail and suggestions for China are discussed. |
