| 摘 要： | 目前，我国高校在人才培养方面存在一些认识上的误区，人才培养模式单一，严重制约了创新人才的培养，加强对实践教学环节的管理迫在眉睫。本文在分析高校实践教学中存在问题的基础上，从重视程度、实践教学计划、实践基地、实践教学师资和实践教学考核体系方面，分析了构建利于创新人才培养的高校实践教学体系的具体措施。
