认知视角下演示文档中文本及视觉语言的运用

摘    要:制作演示文档是现代职场的一项重要技能,了解人的认知习惯有助于提高文档的"易获取性、易理解性和有用性"。综合国内外相关文献的研究以及对演示文档实例的比较和分析,发现演示文档的文本和视觉语言在篇幅、字体、字号、颜色、图示、动画等各方面对信息的有效认知会产生明显的影响。加强受众意识、建立受众视角、采取受众分析是优化演示文档信息传播中不可忽略的环节。

Abstract:Creating PPT slides is an important skill in workplace.The general understanding of human cognitive conventions will facilitate slides with accessibility,comprehensibility and usability.A study of the relevant research literatures home and abroad,and a comparative analysis on selected PPT examples show that key elements of verbal and visual languages such as typeface,font size,color,graphics and animations noticeably affect information cognition.It is suggested that enhancing audience awareness,adapting audience perspective and conducting audience analysis be the effective approaches to optimize the communication of PPT slides.
