论晚清学术与湖南学术思想之流变

嘉道之际,晚清中国遭逢重大转变,湖南亦然。处于这一转变之机的晚清学术,其自身的嬗变与社会转型都要求新的学术流派的出现。于是在嘉道之际,学术界出现了汉宋调和、今文经学的复兴和经世致用之学等新的学术思潮。而湖湘士子尊奉程朱理学,包容众家之长,注重经世致用的传统学风,对湖湘学术传统的变迁则产生了极为深刻的影响。

On the Change of the Academy of Late Qing Dynasty and Academy Thought of Hunan

During Jia and Dao Times of late Qing Dynasty, China was meeting with great changes, Hunan was as the same. The academy of late Qing Dynasty was in the transition, the transmutation of academy itself and society required new schools of thought to appear. During Jia and Dao Times of late Qing Dynasty, the new academic ideological trend appeared in academia, with the reconciliation of Han and Song, the rejuvenation of Confucian classical learning and the emergence of study for the purpose application. And Huxiang Culture abided by Cheng-Zhu Idea of Li tenaciously, comprehended the advantage of all schools, emphasized on study for the purpose application, which also had extremely deep influence on changes of the academic tradition of Hunan.
