| 摘 要： | 关于<百喻经·倒灌喻>中的"下部"、"下部病"等词语,<汉语大词典>与一些学者有着不同的解释.只有考释出"下部"一词的准确含义,才能正确地判定"下部病"的含义."下部"一词在佛经和古代医籍中存在着大量的例证,这些例证足以揭示其准确含义为"肛门"."下部病"是与肛门这一身体部位有关的多种类型疾病的通称,而不是具体指某一种特定的疾病.
