| 摘 要： | 通过对城市房屋的拆迁补偿安置问题的研究,论述了城市房屋拆迁补偿的概念及补偿方式;提出了商业性拆迁和公益性拆迁两种城市房屋拆迁补偿程序,分析了两种拆迁补偿程序的区别,并进一步阐述了对城市房屋拆迁补偿问题的思考。
