| 摘 要： | 农村和谐社区的建设与村民自治能否发挥有效功能密切相关。H村开展村民自治比较规范,村民自治促进了H村和谐社区的成长。但问题也是存在的,如村民自治的有限性引起的矛盾、村民的各种烦恼和忧虑等。因此,应采取切实措施深化村民自治的范围,发展村民自治与和谐社区建设的经济基础,同时,丰富的精神文化生活也是和谐社区的一个必要内涵。

| Abstract: | The function of villager self-governance is closely related to the construction of rural harmonious communities.Villager self-governance at H village operates fairly normative,which well promotes the growth of a harmonious community at the village.However,there are still many problems.Measures should be taken to advance villager self-governance and promote the economic development of the village which is the base of villager self-governance and community construction,meanwhile a colorful culture life is also a necessary component of a harmonious community. |
