| 摘 要： | 以2008年的数据为基础,分析榆林市能源资源开发的环境问题,并从环境污染和生态破坏两方面的损失对榆林市能源资源开发的环境代价进行估算。估算分析表明,能源资源开发的环境代价极其严重,其中生态破坏带来的经济损失是环境代价的主要方面。因此,加强生态补偿,提升产业结构,才能实现环境和经济的协调发展。
