| 摘 要： | 回顾了国有企业改革和新型国有企业发展的历程,在借鉴和吸纳国内外企业的评价指标和方法的基础上,构建了西部国有企业“新型化”程度的评价指标体系,并应用因子分析法对西部12省市区国有企业市场竞争能力、经济控制能力、可持续发展能力和国有企业“新型化”程度进行了综合评价,对西部国有企业的长远发展提出建议。

| Abstract: | The author reviewed the state-owned enterprises reform and the developing process of the "new-type state-owned enterprise".On the basis of a great deal of data,an evaluation system was built up to analyze the "new-type" degree of the state-owned enterprise in Western China.The factor analysis was applied to evaluate the market competitiveness,the economic control, the sustainable capability and the "new-type" orientation of the state-owned enterprise.Finally some suggestions were put forward to the state-owned enterprise in Western China. |
