| 摘 要： | 奈温时期缅甸民族矛盾激化的原因错综复杂 ,既有历史遗留 ,也有现行政治、经济、文化等方面政策的失误。要解决某民族矛盾 ,最根本的措施是经济发展经济 ,使各少数民族地区尽快摆脱贫穷落后的状况 ,实现各民族事实上的平等。
