| 摘 要： | 20世纪中国县政权力架构的演变是具体历史情境下中国政治、经济、社会、文化发展的具体演绎，又因其自身权力的“两面性”表现出了相对于整体国家制度构建的独特的演变进路。在20世纪前半个世纪县级权力结构关系重点表现在“官治”与“自治”的不同结合方式上。在20世纪后半个世纪则突出表现在党与政、国家与社会的不同结合方式上，其中国家与社会的关系构成县级层面党与政结合方式的政治生态。 |
