| Abstract: | The essence of advanced culture is that it must embody the developmental requirement of social productivity, represent the basic benefit of social majorities and reflect the tide of the times. Being popular, national, open and scientific are its characteristics. In cultural construction, whatever the field is, it must aim at the realization of human nature in order to stay advanced. |
