论当代中国政治发展中的核心权力交接问题

核心权力交接,即国家政治领袖层的交接班,是当代中国重要、复杂而又敏感的问题.迄今为止,中国的核心权力交接存在个人色彩较浓,对克里斯玛人格仰赖较重,周期较长,变数较多等问题.文中提出了对完善我国核心权力交接的几点思考:培养民主政治文化,淡化克里斯玛权威;促进政治结构分化与功能专门化;实现政治运行法制化;加强党内民主.

Power Transfer in the Course of Political Development in Modern China

The transfer of power among the central government leaders is a very significant, complicated and sensitive issue of political life in modern China. But problems have existed, e.g. personal influence, dependence on Charisma personality, too long a period of office, etc. Some constructive and practical ideas are put forward in this article to perfect the system of power transfer in our country: developing the culture of democracy, weakening the Charisma authority, improving the political structure and functions, following the law political operations, and reinforcing democracy in the CPC.
