| 摘 要： | 运用多元回归方法,就西部地区投资结构变化对农村劳动力流动的影响进行分析.结果表明,西部地区投资结构变化对区内农村劳动力流动的数量变动存在着比较显著的影响,投资结构的变化在很大程度上决定着区内农村劳动力流动的变化.在当前新一轮西部大开发的大背 景下,通过政策合理引导投资流向,形成合理的投资主体结构和较优的投资行业结构,进而优化农村流动劳动力的就业结构,进一步提高农村流动劳动力与投资的配置效率和使用效率,推动西部地区经济增长.

| Abstract: | The investment structure in China’s western areas is the dominant factor in the migration of the workforce, and the change of investment structure has a great impact on the change of workforce migration.The authors hold that,in the context of western development,measures should be taken to effectively guide the flow of capital so as to optimize the investment structure and thus promote the workforce-investment relationship for the purpose of economic growth in these regions. |
