执政生态的构成及其评价——兼论中国共产党执政生态的现状及其优化

互相制约的执政主体与执政客体的耦合构成执政生态系统,健康的执政生态能强固执政党的执政地位,而不健康的执政生态则动摇甚至颠覆执政党的执政地位.其健康与否的评估指标有政党生态、党内生态和社会生态三个一级指标及其分解出的九个二级指标.中国共产党目前的执政生态总体上是健康的,但存在某些“病毒”和“亚健康”的症状,可以从加强多样性建设、强化健康因子、走“资源节约型”道路、建设马克思主义学习型政党等方面,优化中国共产党的执政生态,实现长期执政.

Constitution of Governance Ecology and the Optimization of the CPC Administration

By governance ecology is meant the coordination of the various political parties that form the government. A wholesome governance ecology reinforces the status of the ruling party while a sickly governance ecology tends to subvert it.This ecosystem consists of three aspects:inter-party ecology,intra-party ecology,and social ecology,each of them falling into many sub-aspects.The Communist Party of China has a general healthy governance ecology,but also suffers from some fatal "viruses",which can be healed through a series of self-improvement measures.
