| 摘 要： | 以我国2007年投入产出表为基础,运用投入产出模型的波及效应分析方法测算劳动报酬增长对各部门产品价格和我国物价水平的影响程度.研究结果表明,“十二五”期间劳动报酬7％的增长目标引发的物价上涨幅度不超过3％.为减小劳动报酬增长对物价水平的推动作用,相应的政策建议是:劳动报酬应与劳动生产率同步提高,同时其增长比率应不高于劳动生产率提高的比率；政府应采用提高个人所得税起征点等间接方式增加劳动报酬；企业需要采用技术进步等多种管理手段降低综合成本.

| Abstract: | Based on the 2007 Investment-Production statistics,the paper studies the relationship of labor payment increase to the level of commodity prices,concluding that,during the Twelfth Five-Year Period,labor payment rises by 7%while prices rise by 3%.The paper further proposes that,in order to lessen the activating effect of labor payment increase on the rise of prices,the government ought to further raise labor payment and the enterprises ought to cut down cost of production. |
