| 摘 要： | 要素流动性差异影响地区间产业转移,流动性低的要素粘住流动性高的要素.从新古典理论的角度,用CES生产函数证明了当劳动力自由流动时,产业转移存在粘性,然后对2000-2009年东部四省市的产业转移影响因素进行实证检验,结果表明除劳动力成本外,影响地区间产业转移的因素还包括该地区外商投资的集聚效应、基础设施和人力资本水平.

| Abstract: | The flowing difference of elements influences inter-regional industrial shift,while the elements with low flowing drag behind the elements with high flowing.The study based on CES function of production shows that in case of free workforce shift industrial shift has a strong inter-dependence.An investigation of four provinces in the east between 2000 and 2009 indicates that apart from labour cost,the major elements that determine the inter-regional industrial shift are the cluster effect of imported investment,infrastructure and human resources capital. |
