| 摘 要： | 从垄断的类型及成因入手,阐述了垄断与和谐的内在矛盾性,说明了垄断是影响社会和谐的主要因素,是与社会和谐的价值诉求相悖的。但如果对它进行有效的规制,那么在一定度的范围内,二者同一性或一致性也是可以实现的,本文的主旨就是要寻找解决垄断与和谐的契合点问题。
