| 摘 要： | 少数民族地区公民意识的发展状况决定着我国少数民族地区的稳定和发展,它更是保障国家领土完整和民族团结,提高我国国际影响力的重要因素.通过对少数民族地区公民与国家的基本关系的研究和对加强少数民族地区公民意识教育的重要意义的论述,提出在我国建立培养少数民族地区的公民意识的具体途径.
