| 摘 要： | 粮食是维持人们生存的基本生活必需品,粮食安全问题是一个关系到国计民生的重要问题.目前,在城镇化迅速发展的情况下,我国粮食安全问题已经凸显.因此,在新的背景和形势下加强粮食安全的基础保障、制度保障和技术保障,科学选择和确立粮食安全战略尤为必要和紧迫.

| Abstract: | Food security is one of the major concerns of the urban people today.In the fast urbanization process, people feel that the government cannot guarantee the quality of food they consume.The paper proposes measures in structural guarantee,system guarantee and technical guarantee in order to scientifically establish a food security strategy in China. |
