| 摘 要： | 实现乡镇行政管理与村民自治的良性互动是新时期推动村民自治深入发展的重要举措。从过程来看,尽管不同阶段有不同解读,但是由国家权力与农民民主良性互动到乡镇行政管理与村民自治的良性互动,一共经历了四个不同时期。在既有学术研究以及实践探索的基础上,文章认为,今后应从完善责任制度,健全纠错机制,明确乡村之间的指导及协助内容,增加行政行为的民主性等方面促进乡镇行政管理与村民自治的互动和衔接。
