北宋西北蕃官略论

北宋西北蕃官制度是汉唐羁縻制度在蕃部地区的应用。宋初，西北地区就有蕃官出现，蕃官的分布呈现出随宋夏斗争区域的转移而变迁的时空分布特点。伴随着宋夏关系的发展，蕃官制度逐渐完善。北宋西北蕃官制度是宋夏矛盾的产物，是北宋“以夷制夷”政策的组成部分，又是北宋西北地区民族融合的产物，北宋社会淡化处理蕃部民族特征的态度也是蕃官队伍不断扩大及蕃官制度不断完善的重要原因。

Discussions on Officials of Fan in Northwest of the Northern Song Dynasty

The system of officials of Fan in Northwest of the Northern Song Dynasty was the application of the system Jimi of the Han and Tang Dynasties. The officials of Fan appeared in northwest in early Song Dynasty. The distribution of the officials was impacted by the struggles between the Song and Western Xia. Along with the development of relations between Song and Western Xia, the system official was gradually perfected. As the result of contradictions between Song and Western Xia, the system was the part of the policy named ＂Yiyizhiyi＂, which was performed in the Minority by the Song dynasties. The attitude of the Song dynasties to the officials of Fan contributed to the development of the system of Fan official.
