| 摘 要： | 在界定人事代理制度内涵的基础上,阐述人事代理制度在高校实施的必要性;以A高校为例进行实证研究,分析高校实施人事代理制度所存在的问题,并针对这些普遍问题提出完善高校人事代理工作的对策建议。
