| 摘 要： | 长期以来 ,跨国公司是世界经济领域中技术变革的中心 ,它不仅是新技术的最大购买者 ,也是应用技术及服务的提供者。而RD在跨国公司的技术变革中扮演着十分重要的角色。本文就跨国公司 80年代后RD的特点进行了研究 ,认为我国企业在从事RD活动时 ,可以借鉴跨国公司RD的一些基本做法

| Abstract: | Multinational corporations have been of the core of technical reforms in the world economy.They are not only the biggest buyers of new technologys ,but also the supliers of the applied technology and the corresponding services.However,it is R&D that plans an important role in the operations of the multinational corporations.This author demonstrates the characteristic of multinational corporations and believes that these characteristics are also suitable to China's enterprises in their R&D operations. |
