| 摘 要： | 我国高校科技产业经过多年的发展 ,取得了长足的进步 ,在国家技术创新体系和国民经济结构调整中发挥着重要作用。高校科技产业的发展也面临着很多亟待解决的问题。本文从《公司法》的要求和现代企业制度的趋势出发 ,对高校科技产业的规范发展提出了思路和办法。

| Abstract: | The universities' science industry has got a great progress, during many years' development. It plays an important role in the National Technology Creation system and the National Economic Structure Adjustment. But the universities' science industry is also facing a lot of problems that are urgent to be solved. The essay is based on Company Law and the trend of the modern enterprise system puts forward several thinking and the methods to the development of the Universities' Science Industry. |
