| Abstract: | As the constituent act of villager's committee is issued,direct election is being carried our at the every level of nationwide villages.That signifies that expedited proceedings in villages democracy in our country is promoting.However,a series of problems are exposed during the course of practicing autonomy by villagers,which we should further take practical policies and measures to improve and perfect. |
