| Abstract: | The national humanistic management seminar has just been held in Xiangtan university. Around difficult points, focuses and focus issues of humanistic management research launched the warm discussion. Dialogue continued on the definition of the essence, theory origin, realization mechanism and the relations with other categories. This academic seminar has great importance in promoting the domestic humanistic management and the management innovation. |
