| 摘 要： | 人口老龄化是全球人口发展的必然趋势。随着人口老龄化的加重．养老问题逐渐成为各界关注的热点之一。自1979年上海进入老龄化社会以来，人口老龄化程度日益加剧，政府加快了为老服务设施建设，这在一定程度上缓解了老年人口的养老问题，但现有的为老服务设施仍存在许多不足之处。本文以上海为老服务设施的现状分析为基础，找出为老服务设施发展中的存在问题，从而对上海进一步发展为老服务设施提出相应的对策建议。
