| 摘 要： | 本文在已有农村初中学生辍学原因的文献总结基础上．使用在山西省永济市小樊村辍学初中生和其父母的访谈资料，采用扎根理论对现阶段农村初中学生的辍学影响因素进行了归纳和总结。结果发现：现阶段农村初中生辍学的原因既有个人厌学等个人原因，家庭贫困等家庭原因，也有大学生扩招后就业不景气对初中阶段教育影响的社会原因。
