| 摘 要： | 随着社会经济的不断发展，甘肃等欠发达地区有越来越多的农村劳动力涌入城市和发达地区寻找机会，与此同时也出现了大量的留守人口。与其他农村居民相比。这部分留守群体对新型农村合作医疗的需求更加复杂也更为迫切。因此．分析农村留守成员对新农合体系的认同度及其影响因素并提出相应的建议就有了重要的现实意义。
