摘    要:许继集团有限公司以人力资源管理作为改革的突破口,改中层干部任命制为招标竞聘制,实行比例淘汰制和单首长负责制;对企业员工实行合同到期比例续签制;对科技人员实行实力工资制(年薪制).通过人力资源的有效管理,成功地推动了企业的高速发展.

Abstract:Xu Ji Group Limted Company regards human resources management as the breakthrough gap of reform.For managers,she transforms the appointing system of middle level managers into the competitive engaging system by tenders,the eliminating system in proportion and the system of one leading manager in charge.For staff,she practises the renewing system in proportion when the contact expires.For skilled personnels,she puts the wage system by actual strength (the yearly salary system) into practice.It is through effective human resoures managemant that Xu Ji sucessfully achieves her progress at a high speed.
