刘铭传的商务思想及其在台湾的实践

台湾首任巡抚刘铭传,将他的开放式商务思想付诸于台湾近代化建设。他主张商农并重,并引商入农、寓商于农,扩大台湾农产品的商品化;积极招商引资,创设台湾的交通运输系统,发展对外贸易,并且颁布一系列商务政策,改革关税,整顿贸易市场,促进台湾商品经济的发展,加速台湾近代化建设的步伐。

Taiwan first elected governor Liu Mingchuan,put to his open style commercial thought in Taiwan modernizing construction.He advocated that business and agriculture must be paid equal attention to,and directed business to enter the agriculture,housed business in the agriculture,expanded the commercialization of Taiwan agricultural product;attracted investments actively,established Taiwan's transportation system,developed foreign trade,and promulgated a series of commercial policy,reformed customs duty,reorganized trading market,promoted the development of Taiwan commodity economy,and accelerated the step of Taiwan modernizing construction.
