菌毒敌与石炭酸消毒效力的比较研究

摘    要:采用石炭酸系数测定法、挖沟法及沉降法分别对菌毒敌和石炭酸的消毒效力进行了比较研究。结果表明:菌毒敌的石炭酸系数为3.34。菌毒敌(1:200)在室内空气消毒后1h和4h消除率分别为76.75%和85.81%;石炭酸(1:200)的消除率分别为50.73%和81.52%。试验表明:菌毒敌用于畜禽环境的消毒效力较石炭酸为佳。

Abstract:A comparative study was carried out to examine disinfectant effectiveness of Jun - Du - Di and carbolic acid with phend coefficient test, ditch test and subside test. The experiments showed that the phend coeficient test of Jun - Du - Di was 3.34; Jun - Du - Di (1:200) and carbolic acid (1:' 200) were used for indoor clean - up and their disinfectant effectiveness was tested after 1 hour and 4 hours. The rsults were 76.75 % and 85.81 % , 50.73 % and 81.52 % , respectively. It proved that Jun - Du - Di was a more powerful disinfectant than carbolic acid for animal housing.
