| 摘 要： | 外商直接投资可以通过资本弥补效应、就业创造效应、技术扩散效应和产业结构优化效应四条途径促进东道国的经济增长。以四川省1993—2005的数据对该省的外商直接投资通过上述途径对经济增长的贡献度作实证分析，文章认为要增加外商直接投资的贡献度，就必须消除阻碍上述四条途径充分发挥作用的措施，并创造条件增加所吸引外资的数量、提高所吸引外资的质量。
