摘    要:青年教师是高校师资队伍的重要组成部分与新生力量,建设好青年教师队伍是高校实现长远发展的根本保证。为此,要建立良好的选用机制与培养机制,营造和谐、开放的成才环境,并加强师德建设。

Abstract:Young faculty is an important of college faculty. Developing a good contingent of young teachers in colleges and universities is the fundamental guarantee for colleges and universities to achieve sustained development. Therefore, it is necessary to establish the good selection mechanism and training mechanism, create a harmonious and open environment, and strengthen the morality development.
