基于联合补货策略的供应链渠道成本优化研究

本文以一个两阶段供应链作为研究范畴,分析了在该供应链中可能存在的四种商品补货模式,提出在渠道协作条件下的联合补货模式在优化供应链渠道成本方面的作用。在此基础上,通过建立成本函数模型以及算例研究对此观点进一步论证。

Research on Cost Optimization of Supply Chain Channel Based on Joint Replenishment

With a two-stage supply chain under the research category, this paper analyzes four replenishment models possibly existed in supply chain. It proposes that the joint replenishment models coupled with a channel coordination practice can play their role in the cost optimization of supply chain channel. On that basis, the viewpoint is further demonstrated with cost function model and numerical case study.
