| 摘 要： | 中国共产党十三届四中全会以来,江泽民同志围绕我国为何要实施科教兴农战略以及如何实施科教兴农战略逐步构建出内涵丰富、体系完整且颇具特色的科教兴农战略思想.江泽民同志的这一战略思想的形成有其广泛而坚实的理论与现实基础和重大而深远的理论意义、现实意义和历史意义.

| Abstract: | Since the Forth Plenary Session of the Thirteenth Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party,Jiang Ze- min had gradually formed the complete,comprehensive and characteristic strategic idea of rejuvenating agriculture through science and education around why and how to implement it.The formation of Jiang Ze- min's idea above was extensively and solidly on the basis of the theories and realities,with great and far- reaching theoretical,practical and historical significance. |
