网络著作权保护新论

随着互联网技术的日新月异，网络使作品的传播完全脱离了传统作品赖以寄托的载体。在虚拟的网络空间里，著作权人的作品的传播和复制变得非常容易，这就使网络著作权侵权现象越来越多。目前，我国网络著作权的保护面临很多问题。如何解决这些问题，学术界存在较大的分歧。本文针对这些分歧，从均衡网络著作权人、网络经营者和网络用户利益的角度出发，对我国网络著作权侵权现象进行了分析，提出了一些解决问题的新方法。

Currently, we lace many problems in our country m the protection oI network copyright. J o solve the problem, we meet various different viewpoints in the academic field. Having analyzed in details the phenomenon of network copyright infringement, the author of the present thesis puts forward some new methods to deal with the problem on the basis of the different viewpoints from the perspective of balancing the benefits between the net- work copyright holder, the network operator and the network user.
