| 摘 要： | 针对建设工程招投标问题,采用归纳总结的方法,结合招标评审的实际,分析了影响建设工程中标的因素,提出投标企业应该在管理水平、技术水平、报价管理以及标书编制质量方面高度关注,提高中标率。

| Abstract: | In view of bidding problems of construction projects.induction was adopted and actual tender assessment was based on to analyse the factors that affect successful bidding of construction projects. Findings show that construction companies should pay more attention to management level,technical level,offer management and quality of bid documents to improve bidding rate. |
